How can I save all "MY DOCUMENTS" on a cd

I want to save all MY DOCUMENTS on a cd without having to same them one at a
time. How can I do this.

If they will fit, use your CD mastering software eg Nero to create a
Multi-session data disc, then copy all the files to it.
Do not *save* from Word to CD media.

Thank you, but I am a neophyte and do not know what CD master like Nero is.
