I'm interested in saving my messages for a little while before sending them
out. But I would still like to be able to download my messages from my POP3
server. That is, I'd like to receive new messages without sending mine right
away. I thought maybe there was a 'save to draft' button, but I don't see
one in Outlook 2003.

Ideas?

thanks,

Before clicking on the Send button, select Save instead and it will be saved
in the Drafts folder until you reopen and choose Send. Another good method is
to uncheck the option to Send Mail Immediately. Then it stays in the Outbox
until the next mail polling. Set OL to check for mail every 15 minutes or
so--no less than 10--and it will stay there for possible rewrites. But the
Save option is more foolproof.
