How can I reverse the slide numbering; i.e. #100-#1

Is there a way to use the auto page numbers in a reverse order... i.e. first
slide having the highest number and last slide ending with #1?

No, but depending on what you need this for, there might be a workaround.

For example, you could choose to print specific slides rather than All in the
print dialog box and ask it to print 100-1 instead of 1-100
