How can I resize a picture I wish to insert into an email?

Is there a way to reduce the size of photos to insert into an email without
opening another program. I see that there is an "Attachment Options" choice
if you include the photo as an attachment...what if you want to insert it as
a picture in the message instead of as an attachment?

Set Word as your e-mail editor and insert the picture. The Picture Toolbar
allow you to resize and crop the picture.
