How Can I remove?

How can I remove my email from this message board? I
posted a message for the first time the other day and now
I am getting slammed with viruses attached to emails. Any
help would be appreciated.

Ditto! Ever since I posted to this forum I've been waking
up every morning to an inbox full of repetitive email
about the October Outlook Cummulative Patch from the MS
Internet Security Center and email messages from mail
servers stating that "My" email didn't reach the intended
receipent. All of whom I don't know and never sent an
email to.

Please help!
