I setup my outgoing e-mails to always include my contact info with my
business card,so it would be easier for people to add me to their contact
list.
How can i stop if from doing this automatically?
I am using outlook 2007
Thanks in advance
Bobby

Change your auto signature setting to NONE. Then use Insert>signature on the
individual message when you want to include it.

Hi Mary, Well that did not work. my business card still shows up in the top
right hand corner of my outgoing e-mail.
the signature at the end of the e-mail is gone.
I am not sure if this against the discussion board policy, but I can send an
e-,ail to somebody if that helps explain it better.

Click Tools>Options>Signature>Edit. Examine the "Attach this business card
(vCard)" drop down.

signature under mail format, but it does not have " attach business card"
drop down.

Yea, I missed that in your original message. I'm not at my OL 2007 PC right
now, so I'll have to check later for the correct place to look, unless
someone else suggests it first.

Well the only way I found out how to remove it is by deleting the contact and
then and then adding it again.
If there is an easier way I can't find it.

What do you see if you click Tools>Options>Mail Format>Signatures?

I see Message format, HTML format, Stationary and Fonts, Signatures, Editor
options
If I click on Signatures, it just shows me my signatures, That I have
manually created not my Business/Contact card. I have checked no signature
and my business/contact card still appears in the upper right hand corner
when i send an e-mail.
I can manually add my business card by clicking Business card, but somehow I
set it up to always include my business card and now I forget how I did it.

You should see two tabs: E-mail Signatire and Personal Stationery.

What do you see when you click the "Business Card" button?
