How can I reinstall Works without a authenticity certificate?

I had my computer fixed and I think they kept my certificate of authenticity.
How can I reinstall any of my Microsoft programs without this item or having
to buy another Microsoft Office?
 
Contact the people who fixed your computer and get the COA back
from them.
