How can I record a voice message and send via e-mail. Any ideas?.

Is there a way to record a voice message with a PC microphone and send as an
e-mail attachment?
 
If you use the Windows Sound recorder, found in
Accessories/Entertainment. Record a short message. Save it
and the attach it to your mail. Quality is not real good
so sure there are better programs out there for recording.
