Hi,

when we get !!text-mails!! in outlook 2003 (not html-mails!!!) and the
text-mails have more then 1 one page to print we don't want to print all
pages we want only print e.g. the first page.

But in the printer-menu there is no way to tell outlook that we only want to
print the first page when we want to print a text-mail.

Only when we get html-mails it is possible to tell outlook that we want e.g.
only print the first page.

How can we do this with text-mails?

Open the message, click Edit>Edit Message, then click Format>HTML. You'll
now be able to print just the first page.
