How can I print 4 pages (postcard size) of a report on one page?

I have a report that printe postcard size membership cards. I am having
trouble printing 4 of them onto a standard letter size piece of paper. The
heading gets lost or the print is really tiny.

I don't understand -- Access doesn't have a "fit to page" option that would
adjust your print size.

I print membership cards on business card stock... I use the Avery label
wizard, then edit the detail sections it creates, and it works very nicely.

Your "having trouble" is not very descriptive when it comes to the
information needed to help.

I would think if you carefully calculated the sizes for each postcard
(detail section), in print setup specified landscape mode, two columns,
either across then down or down then across, and set your margins and gutter
properly and carefully, that you'd not have any particular trouble. But,
when you are doing "non-standard" things, that the built-in wizards won't
handle, sometimes you do have to explore a bit.

Have you considered trying the Avery wizard to get your spacing correct, and
then editing for the content you want? Avery does make postcard stock,
with, I think 4 cards per 8.5 x 11 letter-size sheet. But, if you are going
to cut your own, that doesn't rule out using Avery's or someone else's
wizard or template.
