How can I place a boarder around all 4 sides of a document?

Every time I try to boarder a document, I get a message that the document
will not fit into the boarder. The finished page has a boarder around the
top and sides but not the bottom. This is a regular sized page.

Hi Linda -

Page Borders are placed *outside* the margin so as to not interfere with the
text. However, not all printers can handle the printing of content that
comes too close to the edge of the sheet. That's what the message is telling
you. Set wider margins & the border will adjust accordingly.
