How can I permanently turn off my Reading Pane in Outlook.?

If i need to restart my computer and then do so, when I open Outlook, the
Reading Pane is turned on, and i need to , once again, turn off those the
program so as to prevent a tribble-like experince from occurring
 
Start Outlook with the /nopreview command-line switch.
