How can I optimise UAC on Vista 64?

Evidently, this feature causes some video adapters to switch
more often than "normal" usage would. I sure wouldn't want
too much of a delay in this process.

Microsoft is attempting to address this issue and may offer
some solution(s) in the future - so I hear.
