How can I move around exe worksheet with arrow keys instead of mou

My worksheet just changed on it's own and now I can't use the arrow keys to
move around. Have to use the mouse.
 
I'd suggest asking your question in a newsgroup related to Excel (there are
many, starting microsoft.public.excel)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
