Arrows not moving from cell to cell, when I push arrow columns m

I don't know what I did but now when I hit the arrows to move from one cell
to another. Instead of moving from one cell to another the columns move.

If someone can please tell me how to get back to old method when I could
push the arrow keys to move around a worksheet I would appreciate it.

hi
i think you accidently hit the scroll lock key on your keyboard. tap it
again to go back to "Normal".
