how can I modify the DEFAULT template for outlook 2007?

Location / Size of Windows on desktop

Outlook 2003 was easily understood ... but I am having trouble finding the
DEFAULT template for outlook 2007 ... the DOT file or DOTM(?). If anyone can
assist ...
I want to adjust the default paragraph settings to 12pt before and 6pt after.

It should be in %AppData%\Microsoft\Templates just as for Outlook 2003.
