How can I migrate Outlook 2002 information to Outlook 2007?

I recently installed Outlook 2007 on a new notebook PC running Vista. I had
been using Outlook 2002 on an older notebook and learned that Outlook 2002
would not work with Vista. How can I migrate all my information from my old
notebook to the new one?
