How can I make the page numbers in the footers print?

I am printing a document with a table of contents. The page numbers are to
coincide with the table. If I look at my footers the correct page numbers are
in place. When I print the documnet, it is being renumbered, and printing on
the wrong pages.

If you have any Hidden text in the document (TC or XE fields, for example),
be sure that Hidden text is not displayed before generating your TOC (and
index); also make sure that "Hidden text" isn't checked on the Print tab of
Tools | Options. Also, if your document contains tracked changes or
comments, make sure you're printing "Document" and not "Document showing
markup."
