How can I make a URL shortcut like this?

For many programs, I will put their shortcut in the window
folder and then when I launch the run box, type the program
name and it will launch. However, I found that it doesn't
work for URL shortcuts. Is there anyway or any freeware I can
use to do the same?

You might want to take a look at SlickRun. http://www.bayden.com/SlickRun/

You won't need to clutter up your Windows system folder with shortcuts
anymore :)

This is great! The story is I used slickrun a long time ago
when I was having 98. However, at that time I didn't want too
many thing to run in the background and hence stopped using
it. Now I look at it again with xp and increased RAM it is
just excellent! And, the best is, I know I know I've
cluttered up my Window folder already, but Slickrun can JUST
use all the shortcuts I created in the window folder without
any problem so I don't need to re-setup everything again :)
And it does luanch URLs thanks :)

You're Welcome R.L.

Just FYI, if you already haven't figured it out, you can simply drag and
drop your URL links from Windows Explorer to the MagicWord Editor to add
them to SlickRun.

Mario
