Organizer (mac and win) - seemingly freeware

I ran into this one call DigiPad,

It seems to be an organizer from the screenshots (pretty
nice), however, I can't find it saying freeware but it does
say "free for you to use" and I didn't see anywhere asking for
pay either. I am guessing that this is freeware. I am
downloading it since it is only 700kb.

btw, is it any good? I am not sure if I will actaully find a
use of it myself, but it looks pretty interesting.
