my vision is deteriating how do I increase the fonts on all systems

Display properties> Settings> Advanced: Increase the DPI. Default is
"Normal (96DPI)." There is a preset for Large (120DPI) and an option to
customize. This will change most fonts within Windows. For programs, you
may need to check each program's settings for a font adjustment.

Sharon thank you
first of where do I find "Display properties: seetings

Several ways to open Display properties. Probably the easiest is to right
click the desktop and select Properties.
