How can I import Outlook settings password etc after corrupted pro

I have just had a to create a new profile because I had corrupted user
profile, I have copied across all my docs etc. I do not know how to get my
outlook (not express) setting across. I cannot get my password to the pop3
server and I hope I can restore the settings.
 
If you dont know what your password for your email is then its probably best
that you contact your isp user and ask them what it is.
You cant copy passwords over as it does not allow you to, you can copy your
settings and even all your emails over my using the same personal file but
setting up your email again prompts you for your password.............your
isp will be able to tell you what this is or reset it for you
