How can I import contacts from an ACCESS table into my Outlook ad.

I have started using Microsoft Outlook as a diary, but seem to need to create
a new contact for all my customers, when these are already in an Access
table. I'd like to simply import contact details from the Access table, or
link the contacts list to the table rather than Outlook address book, and
bypass the Outlook contacts list altogether.

How can I do this?
