Hi, I have had a bit of a search around and can't find an answer to thi
so hope someone can help. In the past, I have only used outlook fo
emails, not as contact management. As a result, i haven't store
contacts within outlook contacts section.

I now want to import all the contacts from the emails (quite a few
which I have sitting in my inbox. Is it possible to do this in batc
rather than going through one by one?

Thanks in advance,

E

You need a third-party tool. Start here:

One way would be to

#1 <export> your emails using the Outlook export wizard
#2 Use <Map Custom Fields> to select only those fields you want (i.e. name &
email address)
#3 Clean up the exported list to eliminate duplicates (optional)
#4 Import the cleaned list into a contact folder using the Outlook import
wizard
