How can I identify helpful posts in full-thread window?

Hi,
I have been in the office community for not very long time and I am not
quiet familliar with the organization of the community. What I want to ask is
like this: I have double click the subject of one question posted in the
community, and then I got the full-thread window. Will you please tell me how
I can identify helpful posts in this window?

Helpful posts are the ones marked as being helpful by one or more
people reading them. (Click the Yes button to mark a message as
helpful.) You can see these posts by selecting "Threads with helpful
posts" in the Show box. The helpful posts are in a different color.
