How can I have two separate email profiles and email accounts when I work for
two companies?

Set up two separate mail profiles in Outlook (presuming either OL2002,
2003 - or, any prior version in Corporate/Workgroup mode) and tell Outlook
to prompt you for which profile to use.
 
via the mail icon in control panel. create as many profiles as you wish and
prompt at start-up for the one to be used.
