How can I give rights to a group to access my calendar in Outlook

I have a security group on the network called Receptionist. Instead of
giving rights to the person (user) who is the receptionist, I want to give
the rights to the Reception Group so that as people come and go from that
job, all I have to do is add the new user to the group and they'll be able to
see my calendar. But I can't seem to figure out how to give the rights to
this group. Any suggestions?

Are you doing this from ADUC? ESM?

I don't know what ADUC and ESM are. I have this group. THen I go into
Outlook Calendar and right-click my calendar and select properties. On the
Permissions Tab, I click add and I want to add this security group, but I
can't see it to select it. The only group that displays at all is a
"total-company" group of all users. So how can I give this group rights to
my calendar?

ADUC = Active Directory Users and Computers - this is where I presume the
Security group has been created.

ESM = Exchange System Manager.

I went into
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business
Server\Administration\LaunchConsole.exe and this launches "Server Management"
I then went to Licensing and then traced down to security groups. I then
created a new security group. But I don't see how I can allow that group to
view a calendar. That is my issue.

Ah, more details emerge! I did not know that you were using SBS.

You would need to use Exchange System Manager for this purpose. You would
probably be better off posting to either an Exchange group
(microsoft.public.exchange.clients) or a SBS group. As I don't know where
this security group was created, you will need to explain that to the new
group as well.
