Can't use a Security Group to Control a Calendar

I have a security group on the network called Receptionist. Instead of
giving rights to the person (user) who is the receptionist, I want to give
the rights to the Reception Group so that as people come and go from that
job, all I have to do is add the new user to the group and they'll be able
to see my calendar. But I can't seem to figure out how to give the rights
to this group. To create the group, I went into C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Windows Small Business Server\Administration LaunchConsole.exe and this
launches "Server Management" I then went to Licensing and then traced down
to security groups. I then created a new security group. But I don't see how
I can allow that group to view a calendar. That is my issue.

Have you tried doing this in your Outlook client from the Tools Menu and
then Options and then selecting the Delegates tab. If you do it from the
Server you can only give permission globally to Outlook, for the individual
default folders use the method mentioned above.
