HOW CAN I GET OUTLOOK TO DISPLAY MESEGES IN HTML?

I have gont through all the options espically tools - security and download
immages.

I have unchecked te box for " block picture downloads"

I am trying to get the preview pane to display in HTML.

Thank you
 
Are the messages in question actually HTML? What shows now?
