How can I get Outlook and not Outlook Express to send files?

When I right click on a file and select "Send to Mail Recipient" the
outbound mail goes to Outlook Express. I never use Outlook Express except
to read newsgroups. I'd like Outlook to send these files and not Outlook
Express.

I have gone into Internet Explorer's Tools/Internet Options/Programs tab and
selected Outlook as the e-mail program but Outlook Express still grabs
e-mail generated in this manner. How can I change it so that Outlook gets
these e-mails?

Thank you,
John

In OE got to Tools > Options. On the General tab make sure that OE is not
you default mail handler.

Mike,
I tried going to Set Program Access & Defaults. On the Custom menu Outlook
Express was not selected as the e-mail program. Current Application was
selected. Outlook Express still sends the e-mail and the sent mail shows up
in Outlook Express. I can not seem to figure out how to change this. Is
this a bug?
Thanks,
John
