I accidentely right click on my personal folder and click on closed personal
folder. How can I get it back? I have a lot of important emails and I don't
archive.

Please help.

A lot of important mail, but no archive and no backup I would assume -
obviously not that important.

File>Open>Data File

Thanks for your respond. I don't archive because I don't keep the email for
more than a week. I was deleting the old email in my personal folders but
like I said accidentaly I delete the old ones and the new ones. I try to
bring file>ope>Date file and none of my emails are there. any other
subjection?

Your original post mentioned that you'd closed the personal folder, not
deleted items that were in it. The File -> Open -> Data File is to open the
personal folder file again (usually called outlook.pst by default).

If your personal folder file is open (you can see Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items,
etc) and you just need to recover items you'd deleted, then go to the
Deleted Items folder, they should be in there.

If you did in fact just close the personal folder file (by right-clicking on
it and selecting the option to close it) then go to File -> Open -> Outlook
Data File. You should see a file in the window called "outlook" or
"outlook.pst" (depending on your configuration). Double-click on that file
and your folder will be open again.

Thanks for the info. I have try everything but when I click on the personal
folder it does come back but without the emails. I have a sub folder called
Sales and on that folder I have other folders by name. When i try to open
the Data file it does come back but with no sub folders. When I right click
on the personal folder there is on button that said Close personal folder.
That is the botton that I press but is not bringing the storage files and any
emails that I have storage on the .pst
