I would like to delete my Recycler File.. Can you direct me to a newsgroup
that would understand this request?
 
The Recycler file is a Windows system file and cannot
be deleted. Why do you want to delete it?

Some adware/spyware/virus created a second Recycle Bin and shows it's
perpetually full. I found that the system has two Recycle Bins and I, too,
would like to delete the one claiming to be full.
