How can I get a hyperlink to open full screen?

After I do some surfing, I find that when I open a
hyperlink, the page opens to a minimized size. I figured
out how to fix it before, but I forgot how??? I don't
want to restore my computer for something so simple.

From what I know IE remembers it last positioning opening up.
One way of doing is drag all the edges to the sides , top and bottom

Try this, it should work.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
