How can I get a .CWK (apple) file to import

I have an important data base that was created on in appleworks. Now we have
MS Access, and I can't figure out how to get the data to translate, transfer,
import or whatever.

This doesn't seem to have much to do with Outlook which is an email program.
You'll be more likely to get help if you try a relevant newsgroup.
