how can I fix error on page to access my e-mail

I have two e-mail addresses and can access both but I cannot open any e-mails
because I get the message "error on page" on the status bar.

Can anyone please help me.

Assuming you are not trying to us Microsoft Access, the database program
you were likely fooled by the Microsoft interface.
