How can i fit my data to page when it prints

I want to fit a page to the printing sheet, like fit to page as you find in
word and powerpoint
 
File/Page Setup/Page/Scaling Fit to 1 pages(s) wide

leave the pages tall blank if you want more than 1 vertical page.
