How can I find the Select All command on the toolbar?

I created some shortcut keys for some transliteration symbols (insert-symbol
etc) and now the CTRL +A combination does not work to select the whole text.
I do not want to reset everything as it was for it took me long time to
create the shortcuts. Any ideas how I can access the Select All command from
the toolbar and/or if I can create a new shortcut?

Although I usually give Ctrl+A as the command to Select All when I'm writing
instructions here (it's concise), I don't ever actually use it. Instead, I
move the mouse into the left margin (where the pointer becomes a
right-facing arrow angled upward), and Ctrl+click. This performs the Select
All function.
