You're asking in the wrong place; this is a newsgroup for questions about the
database software Microsoft Access.
That said... open My Documents; select all the files that you want to move
(I'd use View... Details, sort by filename or date or whatever puts all the
files together, and use shift-click to select them all). Select Edit... Copy
or, equivalently, type Ctrl-C. Then open the My Pictures folder and select
Edit... Paste, or type Ctrl-V. Then go back to the original folder and delete
them. If you're confident, use Cut instead of Copy (Ctrl-X) which will *move*
the files instead of copying.
