How can I export a Report to Word as I see it in access?

When I export a report into word all of the format is lost. I know that I
can make a pdf file of a report. But I want to make a word document to be
able to e-mail a form to be filled out and e-mailed back. When I export it
to word I loose all the formating such as; lines, pictures, and page set.
Can someone help me out?

Sadly, there is no inherent functionality in Word to do this, but thankfully
someone has come up with an excellent workaround.

Stephen Lebans has an Export to Word utility which I have used in several
applications to do export to Word prior to sending them out by email. The
only caution is that it causes the file to expand to about 1MB or so.

But Stephen's site is definitely worth book marking as he has done a lot of
work in providing tools and advice for Access.
