Export Access 2007 reports/queries to Word 2007 documents

I have a table with e-mail addresses in a hyperlink-type field. When I export
a report or query based on this table everything EXCEPT the e-mail addresses
get exported to Word. The e-mail field shows up with "Error- Hyperlink
reference not valid".

I need to keep the field as a hyperlink field but I also must export this
table (via a query) to Word.

Can anyone help???

Maricaibo,

Suggestion... Format the field as text in the table and a hyperlink on the
form. Since you export the table and not the form this should give you the
desired results without losing the hyperlink capability on the form.
