How can I disable auto folder open when a CD is inserted?

I have tried setting all of the autostart options under the drive to "Take
no Action", but XP will still open an explorer window when the CD is
inserted. There is no autorun file on the CD. How can I prevent XP from
displaying explorer whenever a CD is inserted?

You can hold down the shift key, or you can disable autoplay. In XP you
can set the autoplay settings (open My Computer, right click on the CD
drive, select Properties, then the AutoPlay tab) for each type of CD -
data, music, video, etc.

disable as well:
