How can I direct incoming e-mails?

Using: Outlook 2002
I would like to be able to have incoming e-mails go directly into a
corresponding folder that I have created within Outlook. Then any e-mails
that I send again go directly into that folder. That way when I go to see
any correspondence from a specific party, I can click on their folder and see
all messages sent and received from that person/group.
 
Use outlooks RULES functionality to move messages based on SENDER or SUBJECT
or CONTENT
