Can I direct some incomeing e-mail to specific folder?

As the question posed in the subject line above indicates, I am trying to set
up Outlook to direct all incoming mail from one specific e-mail address to a
specific designated folder. Ideally I would like to skip the inbox
completely for e-mails from this particular e-mail address, but if skipping
is not possible, I am still nonetheless hoping for the ability to
automatically redirect certain incoming e-mails.

Any help that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

OK, actually "create a rule" helped; unfortunately what I am seeking to do is
a little more complex (I think).

I am working on a research project and I have replies being sent to a third
party e-mail system. That system is in turn set to automatically forward ALL
incoming mail (regardless of where from) to my e-mail which is set up through
Outlook. All repliers have been requested to send their respective replies
anonymously, also the senders are not supposed to know to whom they are
sending their responses. It's not particularly a precision scientific study,
but anonymity has been requested and I desire to honour that. I simply would
like to collect the third party auto-forwards without having to check the
third party system?!? Make sense? When I simply create a rule, Outlook
doesn't recognize the 'auto forwarding' aspect of the third party e-mail
system, thus it doesn't redirect the incoming mail anywhere but the inbox.
Suggestions?

Provided the replies have a specific subject line a rule would still work.
Does not the third party mail sys have a specific 'from' address, or is it a
variable address?
