How can I delete the outside lines of a clip logo?

I'm trying to modify a clip logo, I need to clear the borders.
Delete the outside line of the clip logo, a .jpg (file)
 
Click on the picture and click on the cropping tool. You should be able to
crop out the border, assuming the border is part of the picture.
