If you bought and oem computer with xp pre-installed. then the oem must
supply you with some way to put the computer back to factory shipped state.
This can be a xp cd, a restore/recovery cd, or xp on a hidden partition with
disks to start the reinstall. If you did not get anyway to return the
computer to factory state, then call the oem and demand one.
