How can I create an outlook signature and send it to another pers.

I would like to make and send a signature file to another Outlook user. I
have created the signature and saved it. It appears as a choice in my
application. I would like to extract it and send it to another user through
e-mail so they can use it in their Outlook application. I have done a search
to find the file, but I do not know how the signatures are stored. If anyone
has a suggestion, I would be greatful.
