How can I create an automated RAS setup distribution?

Can someone please help me? I need to create an automated dial up
networking setup app. I need to minimize user interaction. Is this
possible? If so, how?

You can use Microsoft Connection Manager to create the RAS setup profiles
for distribution to your customers so that they need not touch any configs.
