How can I copy to CD the .pst backup that Outlook just backed up?

I just clicked File-Backup on my Outlook, then Backup Now, then it seems that
my computer created a backup and stored it under at C:\Documents and
Settings\my name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook
backup.pst
I would like to copy this backup file to a CD Rom, but I cannot find a
backup file in the location above. Using My Computer or my Easy CD Creator I
cannot find a "Local Settings" folder under the folder with my name. How can
I backup Outlook? You can e-mail me directly at (e-mail address removed) with
comments if you'd like.
Thanks!
Jose
