How can I copy an office custom dictionary from one PC to another

I am trying to migrate a user from one laptop to another and he has a custom
dictionary that he wants moved over in order to retain his specific words
that he added. What do I need to do to move the dictionary to his new laptop?

The default path depends on both your operating system and Word version.
