How Can I connect RTC Server using my own client application?

Thanks Microsoft . I've downloaded RTC Server 2003 Release Candidate from
BetaPlace.com . I've set up my own RTC environment. Via a Home RTC Server
in the domain, I can communicate with my workmates using MSN5.0.
I want to make my own RTC Client application (not use MSN),and deploy the
RTC Server in Internet,(not in a domain in a LAN or Intranet). How can I
connect the RTC Server using my own client application which dependes on
RTC Client API V1.2.
I mean where is interface provided by the RTC Server?
Will u be kind enough to give me instructions and tell me where can I get
help documents ?
